I haven't received my order

I haven't received my order. I know you guys sent an email regarding the delay last Jan 14. I followed up again last Feb 11 and received a response from an "Antz Laurel" saying that my order was shipped on Feb 4th. I asked for proof of delivery or confirmation but haven't heard back.

Soft, Authentic, and Worth It!

Got my Mulberry Silk Bedsheet Set, and honestly, ang ganda talaga! The silk feels so soft and smooth, and I can tell it’s authentic, with an estimated momme of 20-22. Sure, it’s not 6A level, but it’s definitely high quality and super sulit. Hoping magkaroon kayo ng 6A silk soon, kasi for sure I’d buy that too!

What I loved even more was your customer service. It’s so rare to talk to someone who genuinely listens and helps—ang refreshing! Na-address talaga yung concerns ko, and I felt valued as a customer. Can’t wait to order again. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for a great silk bedsheet set!

Silk was labeled cotton

It took weeks for the silk set to be delivered. When we got it I was surprised it says 100% cotton in all the pillowcase tags. The set was nice but it got me thinking why they would not have checked the accuracy of their tags.

Duvet cover for Complete Set

I fell in love with these beddings when I ordered the Premium Set, which included a duvet filler and duvet cover. I was hoping to get a change of duvet cover so I ordered a Complete Set. However, the complete set included flat sheet. I will use them during the summer. But for now, I want to get the duvet cover without the filler because I won't be needing another filler. So please, please sell a silk duvet cover. :)
