What to do If I need to return a defective or damaged product?
We accept returns for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery.
However, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for used bedding, bed sheets, or pillow cases unless they were damaged or defective when you received them.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
