Shipping Policy

At Ulap Bedsheet, we are committed to delivering your products in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Please read through our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
  • In the event of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, we will notify you immediately and provide you with an estimated delivery time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • We offer free shipping nationwide on orders above ₱2,000. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping rate of ₱450 applies.
  • Delivery within Metro Manila typically takes 2-5 business days, while provincial deliveries may take 5-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes) are beyond our control, but we will keep you informed of any changes to your estimated delivery date.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery delays. Ulap Bedsheet is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Return Policy

At Ulap Bedsheet, your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns for defective or damaged products within 7 days of receipt.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@ulapbedsheet.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back the item.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  4. If approved, we will offer an exchange or store credit for future purchases. 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for used bedding, bed sheets, or pillowcases unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

No Refund Policy

Please note that Ulap Bedsheet operates under a No Refund Policy. Once an order is placed and confirmed, we do not provide refunds except in cases of defective or damaged items as outlined in our Return Policy.

For any concerns regarding your order, including defective or damaged products, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We are happy to assist you with an exchange or store credit.
